    Our Saskatoon client is seeking a Property Manager oversees on-site operations and team performance to deliver exceptional resident experiences, strong occupancy, and operational excellence, ensuring the property consistently reflects high standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a high-quality resident experience through responsive, professional service
    • Manage inquiries, service requests, and move-ins/outs to ensure seamless transitions
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain building standards and presentation
    • Act as the primary on-site contact for residents and community engagement Operations
    • Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
    • Coordinate vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Support leasing, renewals, and on-site marketing initiatives
    • Enforce lease agreements, manage rent collection, and ensure regulatory compliance (RTA, LTB)
    • Support development and turnover phases, including commissioning, deficiency tracking, and operational readiness Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff to ensure high performance and service standards
    • Oversee daily workflows, conduct team meetings, and foster a collaborative, accountable culture Financial Management:
    • Monitor rent rolls, vacancies, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Review invoices, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
    • Track operating expenses, variances, and recoveries to support financial performance

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3 to 5+ years of property management or hospitality experience (multi-residential preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
    • Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi or similar systems considered an asset
    • Professional, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintenance Technician

    Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of residential properties in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering excellent customer service, responding promptly to maintenance needs, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. Candidates must have their own basic tools, a valid driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests and maintenance concerns
    • Perform general property maintenance, including both routine and more complex repairs
