Our client, a global leader in their field is seeking a Credit/Collections professional for their busy and growing team.  Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in the collections field accustomed to managing a portfolio of  up to 800 clients and portfolio value of $15MM+ . This is an on-site/in-office opportunity, offering flexibility of 1 remote day/week pending completion of training and management approval.

Reporting to the Manager of Credit, your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Experience with high volume collections with a high value ($15MM+) portfolio
• 700-800 customers 
• Working with automated system for client reminders prior to initiation of direct communication with the client
• Access to an upgraded system/AI driven system to strategically manage the volume and follow up
• Customer centric focus and approach; professional, kind, a relationship focused collector who appreciates the value all client relationships even in the most challenging circumstances
• Credit approval limits up to $50k, above this amount requires Manager approval and a business case presented by the Credit/Collections professional
• Experience in working with a portfolio with diverse industry and size of organizations
