Our client, a public practice firm in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for a well seasoned CPA and leader, with years of experience in taxation. Completion of the in-depth program is an asset.
Reporting to senior leaders, the role will be primarily focused on tax planning for Canadian tax for private enterprises. Areas of focus also include tax research, business expansions, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, spin-odds, purchase and sale transactions, and complex tax compliance matters.
The role is incredibly flexible, offering hybrid and remote schedules.
