The ideal candidate will be a 10+ year Call and possesses business insight and acumen that furthers the provision of legal services in a practical and straightforward manner to business owners and business executives. Candidate must be adept at handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic planning, venture capital, private equity and has worked on financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Seeking an innovative legal thinker who is passionate about working closely with clients, large and small, to ensure that their goals are aligned with the most tailored solutions possible. This is a leadership position and would be expected to contribute to the leadership of the business advisory team. Compensation commensurate with experience and would include incentive based compensation for certain mutually agreed upon targets.
