Our client is seeking a fulltime Corporate Paralegal who has a strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for preparing and managing all the documentation relating to:

  • Trade names
  • Notices of Change of Directors and Registered Office
  • Minute Book reviews and clean-up documentation
  • Articles of Amendment and supporting documents
  • Articles of Incorporation and organization documents
  • Articles of Dissolution and supporting documents
  • Share Transfers and supporting documents
  • Extra-provincial registrations in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon
  • Reporting on registrations including preparing accounts
  • Special projects

You will also be responsible for the preparation of annual return packages and accounts. As well as managing the ALF database, doing corporate filings and searches, and all other necessary tasks you will provide guidance for their Level 1 Corporate Service Clerks.


  • Legal Assistant/Paralegal Diploma or related education is preferred
  • Experience working in a law firm or similar professional setting
  • Experience in CORES and ALF considered assets
  • Advanced computer skills (picks up program navigation easily)
  • Strong attention to detail
